I didn't even get to complete the after-chat questionnaire to express my incredible displeasure with the putrid proceedings. I guess Luis thinks I should just let the hacker have them all and then repurchase the ones that I really want.) Then he oh so kindly said that he would be closing the chat and dropped me. (I have games online that I hadn't downloaded yet due to space issues. Luis suggested that I open another account in order to use their wonderful services in the future. They've apparently decided to protect the hacker from me, the legitimate user. Why? TO PROTECT THE SECURITY OF THE ACCOUNT!!! From the actual owner of the account, the one who is paying for the damn thing. After explaining the situation and the fact that this is the second time I've been hacked within one week, the agent (Luis AR) told me that he could not make any changes to the account. Now, four days later after trying to get through to customer service on both the telephone ("volume of calls too high so we won't actually speak to any customers") and online chat ("no agents are available") I finally broke through to an actual agent via online chat. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then just disconnected me. I spent close to an hour on hold before finally speaking to an agent for maybe 2 minutes. During all this, I changed my password and returned the email to my own email address.Ģ days later, last Friday (2/17/23), I found out that my account was hacked into again as I couldn't log on or get a password reset sent to my email. Surprisingly, although it took hours, I was able to get the PlayStation agent to agree to escalate the review and they did eventually agree to refund the charges to my credit card. My account was hacked last week for over $2500 charged to my credit card. I have been on hold for almost two hours now waiting to talk to someone.
